The game will feature over 15 playable characters, including Mario, Luigi, Bowser, Donkey Kong and Rosalina — each with their own distinct characteristics.
For the first time in the series, Aces will allow players to use a new energy gauge to slow down speed or more precisely aim where the ball will go.
In addition to the demo, Nintendo is offering double My Nintendo Gold Points when pre-purchasing Mario Tennis Aces on the eShop, as well as 300 additional Gold Points. The My Nintendo program is free to sign up and allows players to exchange Gold Points they earn from using apps and buying digital titles for exclusive games, discounts, in-app items and more.
The promotion is now available and will run until June 21st at 2:59am ET/11:59pm PT. Nintendo says bonus points will be issued a few days after release day.
The game will cost $79.99 CAD and release on June 22nd.
