Wind has just released a new HSPA+ data stick laptops and PCs that need to connect to the internet in areas without WiFi.
The WindSpeed E8372, manufactured by Huawei, functions as both a WiFi hotspot and data stick. The device will set one back $149 and requires a data plan from Wind, but can tether up to 10 devices at one time.
It also holds 32GB of data with a microSD card, so it does double duty as a storage device.
