Samsung’s newest devices, the Galaxy S6 and S6 edge, will be widely available on April 10th, but it seems that some lucky Canadians are already receiving shipping notifications for the products.
According to a post on XDA, some Telus customers who pre-ordered the Galaxy S6 edge have received shipping notification that the “new device is on its way.” The notice was sent on April 2nd, which means it could arrive as early as tomorrow.
Samsung previously said it has seen “huge” pre-order numbers for the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge. The Samsung Galaxy S6 edge will be available on April 10th starting at $350 on a 2-year contract, while the Galaxy S6 will start at $250.
The Galaxy S6 edge and its two-sided curved screen is powered by an Exynos 7 processor, Android 5.0.2, 3GB RAM, a 5.1-inch QHD display, a 16MP camera, a 5MP front-facing camera, and a 2,600mAh battery.
