The official Twitter for iPhone and Android have both been updated today. On the company blog Twitter notes that both versions of the app have design improvements, plus “bring back high-demand features” like the swipe shortcut and the “Find friends” notification. For Android users, at long last Twitter is now optimized for devices that run OS 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. For those who use Twitter for iPhone, better copy and paste support, improved share features within a Tweet, the ability to mark all your direct messages as read, plus now you can change the font size.
Twitter for iPhone is now at version 4.1 and can be found here from the App Store
Twitter for Android gets bumped up to version 3.1.0 and can be downloaded from the Android Market
