Rogers Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 4G updated to OS 3.2

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 4G launched in Canada on September 8th through TELUS, Bell, Rogers, Virgin Mobile and Sasktel. Continuing with the onslaught of Android OS updates is this tablet, but only officially for the Rogers version. Those who have this tablet can now upgrade to OS 3.2, check Apps > Settings > About device > Select Update > OK.

  1. Has Samsung promised ICS for the whole Tab series (presumably excluding the original 7″ tab)?

    • APPLE I PAD IS CRAP & EXPENSIVE I AM NOT GOING TO PAY $650 CASH FOR THIS CRAP, WITH SAMSUNG THEY HAVE 3 YEARS PLAN YOU COULD GET IT FOR $149 OR YOU STILL CAN BUY THE TAB 7 FROM SAMSUNG FOR ZERO DOLLARS

  3. I’m pretty sure that the wifi versions get it 100% i’m not sure about 4G ones they need to go through the carrier as well

  4. THE SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 7″ STILL HAVE 2.3.3, DID ANY ONE KNOW IF THIS WILL BE UPDATED TO 3.1 OR 3.2 ?

    • nope, you are stuck with Gingerbread or if Samsung is kind enough to upgrade to ICS… (which is quite unlikely to happen)

  5. Installed the update last night.
    Seems snappier, but could be a placebo.
    The market app changed a bit, seems more Tab centric, also now there’s a strech and zoom option for apps not built for the Tab resolution.

  6. I hope he’s trolling. Cause that comment makes no sense. Apple is suing Samsung for creating a tablet that most people can’t distinguish from the iPad. Tool
