Google has updated its monthly chart that shows the distribution of different Android versions.
The latest iteration of Android seems to be increasing in adoption. KitKat shows to be running on 20.9 percent of active devices, up from 17.9 percent in the past month. Falling a percentage is Jelly Bean, the current king of Android usage, with 54.2 percent of active devices checking into Google Play. Ice Cream Sandwich is hanging around and occupying over 10 percentage, while a perplexing Gingerbread has somehow roared back 0.1 percent to a stable 13.6%.
