S Health for Galaxy S5 updated to measure and manage stress levels

Samsung has added a new feature within the Galaxy S5 that lets you know when you’re stressed out or not. The latest S Health update allows users to take full advantage of the built-in heart rate sensor by showing a pretty chart of your stress levels. When one long-presses the sensor, a colourful reading will appear with your levels between low and high stress, along with a picture of a couple lightning bolts to your head. These readings can be tracked on a hourly, daily or a monthly basis.

What do you think… Useful or gimmicky?
