Bell LG Optimus LTE already getting price dropped at Best Buy, will be $75 on 3-year

Well, well, well… a very interesting device is heading for the sale rack this weekend at Best Buy. The all-powerful 1.5Ghz dual-core Bell LG Optimus LTE just launched yesterday, but will be slashed by $75 on a 3-year contract. That’s a good deal for this Android, which is on a path to be upgraded to OS 4.0 – the sale starts Friday and it’s for new customers. Could be worth waiting a couple days for, or you can just test your luck in our contest here. In addition, check out our full video review here.

Update: Instead of making a separate post, I’ll just put this update here. Bell states on their site that the LG Optimus LTE that “you can easily upgrade the LG Optimus LTE to Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) upon its release”. They give no estimation, but our sources have confirmed that yes it’s coming in 2012, and “timing not 100% confirmed, but expected in the first half of 2012”.

(Thanks tipster!)
