Apple’s redesigned Health app is now available in more countries including English, Chinese, French, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish and Vietnamese.
The redesigned Health app is built with Apple Intelligence at its core, and will dynamically adapt with the user’s health metrics across iPhone and iPad. The app is built to securely and privately protect a user’s data.
The Health app offers a new Insights tab that surfaces depending on the time. The tab includes heart, sleep, readiness, fitness, vitals and cycle tracking data throughout the day. There’s also a ‘For You’ section that offers intelligent recommendations tailored to your habits. For instance, if the Health app determines you need more sleep, it might suggest an earlier bedtime.
And there’s a new Longevity tab that analyzes longitudinal metrics across heart health, sleep, mental wellbeing, metabolic health, nutrition and more. There’s also Health Age, a feature that translates metrics from your watch to show a user’s body tracking relative to their chronological age.
There’s also an at-home movement evaluation feature which makes physical assessments without specialized equipment. It uses the iPhone’s camera along with the Apple Watch to determine your flexibility, strength, balance, movement mechanics and VO2 max with real-time audio and visual feedback.
This update is now available in the iOS 27.3 beta.
