Telus, Samsung, and Rethink are joining forces to support women’s health during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Throughout October, Telus will donate $50 to Rethink through the Telus Friendly Future Foundation for every purchase, activation, or renewal of a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 8, Z Fold 8, or Z Fold 8 Ultra. You can purchase the device either online or in participating Telus stores.
The release is part of the Canadian not-for-profit organization Rethink Breast Cancer‘s 25th anniversary celebration. The organization partnered with 25 top Canadian brands to create a curated collection of limited-edition pink products called the 25 for 25 Brand Collection. Brands that partnered with Rethink include Joe Fresh, Kitchen Stuff Plus, Permission, Province of Canada, Smythe, 19/99 Beauty, and more.
The pink Galaxy Z Flip 8, which launched in August, comes with 256GB of storage and costs the same as the graphite-coloured Z Flip 8 with an MSRP of C$1,875.
Rethink says that a portion of the proceeds directly funds breast cancer education, research, and advocacy for younger women.
Rethink is also opening its first-ever physical pop-up in downtown Toronto at 390 Dupont Street, open Wednesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET. It will run from Oct. 2 to Oct. 31. The pop-up will offer visitors an immersive look at their mission, exclusive brand collaborations, and interactive learning experiences.
Update Oct. 1, 2026, at 4:58 p.m. ET: Added clarification that the pink Z Flip 8 isn’t new.
