Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is coming to Nintendo’s newest console, the Nintendo Switch, on April 28th and in celebration of the release Nintendo will place Super Mario Kart 8 themed buildings into Super Mario Run.
Super Mario Run, available for Android and iOS, allows players to run through a variety of stages, play against friends and even provides a Kingdom Builder option that lets users build their own Mario kingdom.

Nintendo’s announcement isn’t detailed, but the Japanese gaming company does say that the ‘mega event’ starts April 28th at 12:00 am PT.
