Emails have gone out to those who “pre-registered” for this Windows Phone 7 Mango device informing them that this will officially launch on May 3rd. Curious about the price points? Well, here they are: $259 outright, $99 on the WINDtab with the WIND25 monthly plan, and $0 on the WINDtab with WIND40 monthly plan.
