The above pic is the new $750 million TELUS office building. This 22-storey tower is scheduled to be completed by 2015 and will go by the name of the “TELUS Garden”. This has a total of 1 million square feet and will take up an entire city block in downtown Vancouver. In addition, this development will also house multiple corporate tenants, create a 44-storey building with 500 new residential units, have a 10,000 square foot roof top garden and two elevated roof forests. Pretty swanky new digs.
