RIM is having a “Scheduled” Outage on March 22nd to upgrade the database for all North American subscribers. It’s going to last 4 hours with the start time: 6:00:00 (GMT) and end time 10:00:00 (GMT). BlackBerry subscribers may be unable to send or receive messages during the maintenance.
