Telus has updated its My Account app, on both Android and iOS, to allow subscribers to download their bills in PDF format.
The small but notable change allows subscribers to more easily document their mobile usage at the end of the year.
Like other My Account apps from the major Canadian carriers, the My Account app allows subscribers to see an overview of their voice, text and data usage, as well as check their account balance, make payments and add travel passes to their accounts.
In addition, home service customers in Alberta and British Columbia can now use the app to pay their TV, home phone and internet bills, as well as review usage.
