Nextbit has released the red version of its cloud-based Android device to the masses. This version of the device, officially known as the ‘Ember,’ and can be purchased directly from Nextbit for $299 USD ($395).
The company states that the Ember colour has a limited run and the colouring is “a neutral, deep-black back with bright red end caps that really pop.”
The specs for the Ember iteration are the same as previous versions of the phone, including 100GB of online storage, Nextbit’s Android skin, Snapdragon 808 processor, 5.2-inch 1080p IPS display, 3GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal storage, 2680mAh battery with quick charge technology, and a 13 megapixel rear-facing camera with phase detection autofocus and a 5 megapixel front-facing camera.
