When new entrant Mobilicity launched in Toronto on May 14th they also promised that Calgary, Edmonton, Ottawa and Vancouver will also be launching by the end of the year. Good news as Mobilicity seems to be doing a road show with local newspapers in both Edmonton and Vancouver stating that we should expect them to go live sometime in November. As for the number of locations, Edmonton will have 40 locations that include stand-alone outlets and dealers. No official word on how many Vancouver locations will be open at launch. Hopefully at least one of the upcoming launch cities will be live before the Friends and Family promo ends on November 7th.
