Good news or those wavering on getting the upcoming Rogers Samsung Galaxy S Captivate. This will be launching with OS 2.1 (Eclair) but most likely you’re curious if it’ll keep up with the other Android devices and eventually get upgraded to OS 2.2 (Froyo). The answer was posted by Rogers on their blog and gave a bit of direction as they “expect an update to OS 2.2 to be available early 2011”.
