Last week we saw a plethora of new holiday rate plans from Koodo, Fido and Virgin Mobile. They all offered up unlimited calling, text and doubled the data to 2GB. Koodo was first out with a $60/month charge, then in the spirit of competition, Fido and Virgin followed with a $57/month offering. Of course, now days later, Koodo’s “El Tabador” doesn’t like to be taken advantage of and has come back to the table and lowered his plan by $3/month.
