You can now play a hockey trivia game with Google Home

Google Home

Google Home users in Canada can now play a bit of hockey trivia with their Google Assistant thanks to the launch of Drop the Puck.

Developed by MyPlanet, a Toronto-based dev house, Drop the Puck is available in both English and French.

To launch the game, simply say, “Ok Google, Drop the Puck” in English, or “Ok Google, Déposer La Rondelle” in French.

The game will ask you questions like “how many faceoff dots are there in neutral zone,” and “in what year did the first-ever entry draft take place?”

Participants can pause and resume the game at any time.

If you own a Google Home, check it out and let us know what you think.
