Many Canadian athletes, including Andre De Grass in the 100-metre sprint, will be vying for Olympic greatness between August 5th and 21st at the Rio Olympics. As usual, major companies are making efforts to ensure their presence is felt through various Olympic-themed devices and products.
RBC, the largest bank in Canada, which has also been a sponsor of the Games since 1947, has updated its mobile app to display its support for Canadian athletes, and to make navigation easier for customers.
The RBC mobile app for iOS and Android has been updated with a single sign-in option allowing users to move more seamlessly between all of the company’s various apps.
RBC also notes it has freshened up a few features, adding additional colours and an overall easier navigation experience for customers. In addition, the updated pair of apps have also squashed a number of bugs specifically to its “Remember Me” feature.
There’s no indication if RBC’s Windows Phone or BlackBerry apps will be updated as well.
