Now in version 1.0.1.26, BBM for Windows Phone requires either Windows Phone 8 or Windows Phone 8.1. Blackberry promises a faster load time as well as bug fixes, including a fix for an issue that caused the issue the app to display messages in English when the language was set to Spanish.
