For those Bell customers that have the Sony Xperia Z, ZL, Z1 or Z Ultra you can now go forth and upgrade to Android OS 4.3 Jelly Bean. Below are the firmware versions for each device and the official changelog shows: Overall performance and user interface optimization; Wi-Fi scan only mode for improved device location; Bluetooth smart support.

- Sony Xperia Z Ultra (version: 14.2.A.0.290)
Hit up your Sony device and let us know if you’ve received the update. Touch Applications >> Settings >> About Phone >> Software update. It’s also possible to download the update using PC Companion or Sony Bridge for OS X.
Update: It appears that the Android 4.3 update is available for the Rogers Sony Xperia ZL and Z1, and TELUS Xperia Z1.
