Rogers released the new Motorola RAZR way back in November of 2011 with Android OS 2.3.5. According to the OS Upgrades schedule on the Rogers site it reveals that RAZR owners will be finally receiving an upgrade to Jelly Bean (4.1.2) sometime “Late April.” Of course, the fine details says the “release dates are subject to change.”
