If you’ve never visited 500px.com, do yourself a favour: after reading this article (and, if you have an Android phone, downloading the app) head on over there. It’s one of the best places on the web to view photography, a community of members with a shared investment in great photography.
Recently the company took us through a tour of its Android app, which was designed for tablets but is compatible with high-resolution smartphones such as the Galaxy Nexus and HTC One X. This update doesn’t add many new features, but we found performance dramatically improved. The company also says they squashed a few bugs, though we hadn’t encounter any.
