If you’re planning to attend RIM’s BlackBerry World conference this year you’ll be happy to know the official Conference Guide app is now available to download. It’s compatible with smartphones running OS 5.0 or higher, plus the PlayBook. The app is still a work in progress, but currently features the ability to check out speakers and breakout sessions. As the event gets closer, which starts May 1st, you’ll be able to create a conference schedule, fill out surveys, view conference maps and there will be a social aspect to it where attendees will be able to connect with each other.
