In just a matter of days Toshiba will be putting the “world’s thinnest and lightest tablet” on display. Yes, the Toshiba Excite AT200 comes in at a paltry 7.7mm thin, and also rocks s 10.1-inch display (1280×800 resolution). This is a far cry from their first Thrive Honeycomb tablet (both the 10.1-inch and 7-inch) as it runs Android OS 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. In the official press release it stated that this is heading to the U.S. market, but rest assured Canadians, it’s also coming to us! A month ago we let you know that the Excite will be hitting Canadian retailers in February. No word on price points yet, but additional specs have the Excite coming in two models, a 16GB or 32GB, with a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 5MP camera with a 2MP front facing cameras, micro HDMI, and Wi-Fi.
