Rogers giving “special customers” $100 credit to sign a 3-year

Looks like Rogers is also tempting existing customers with other services to get a wireless device (Bell recently had a similar promo for those located in Quebec). Apparently a letter was sent out to “special customers” for them to receive a $100 credit when they activate a smartphone on a 3-year contract.
