Take this most recent promo by Bell Mobility. It’s a Quebec-based only promo that knocks $100 of the price of a device plus gives an additional 20% of the rate plan. The catch is that it’s for current customers who re-sign a 3-year contract. So you know that Bell is looking to grab the attention of any customers who are possibly thinking to give another carrier a go. It’s a tempting offer as the deal is valid for any phone… they highlight the most recent flagship devices: Vibrant for $49.95, iPhone 4 for $59.95, Bold 9700 for $0.00. The upgrade must happen before September 9th.
