RIM’s new browser to be a “Game Changer”, expected before May 2010

RIM is working hard to develop a new web browsing experience, they recently purchased Torch Mobile to help them build it out.

Analysts over at Canaccord Adams has gone on record and stated they believe the new browser will be released before May 2010. Specifically speaking about the experience, this “game changer” of a browser has “a full rendering engine with incredible speed, sub three second download speeds for the most media-intensive of websites, while retaining significant bandwidth advantages over any other device or browser on the market.”

In addition, they state that “RIM’s new browser architecture allows MDS, instead of the browser, to handle communication with websites, returning only the final message to the handset, which results in faster and much more efficient browsing on the mobile device.”

Sounds incredibly better than what we are used to now! Think… just less than 5 months away!
