According to Motorola’s main blog, Rogers and Fido customers can expect to taste Android 4.4.2 KitKat on their Moto X this week.The Google-owned manufacturer stated that “KitKat Comes to Moto X in Canada” and that the rollout “started this week.” It’s also the first Android 4.4.2-based version of KitKat for the Moto X, as the US carriers are still on Android 4.4.
Over the past couple days we’ve received a few tips from Fido users who have successfully upgraded to KitKat… so let us know in the comments if the OS has arrived on your Moto X.
Update – January 29th: We’ve been receiving several tips from both Rogers and Fido customers that a notification has arrived on their Moto X that OS 4.2.2 is now available to download. Check you device.
