Crave announced that its Standard with Ads tier is now available for purchase on Prime Video. Prime Video customers will be able to subscribe through their account for $11.99 per month via primevideo.com/crave.
It’s worth noting that Crave Standard with Ads costs $14.99 when you subscribe directly through Crave. There are some savings when you go through Prime Video instead, as the Standard with Ads subscription through Prime costs the same as Crave’s Basic with Ads tier, which has fewer simultaneous streams and lower video resolution.
Crave has been available on Prime Video since February 2024, but only as part of the $ 22/mo Crave Premium subscription.
It’s essential to note that Crave will continue to be available as a standalone platform on the web, mobile devices, consoles, and smart TVs. Meanwhile, Prime Video costs $9.99 per month or $99 per year, plus $2.99 per month to remove ads.
Crave Standard with Ads allows for up to 4K video quality and has ads when watching videos. If you pay $2.99 per month to remove ads from Prime Video, unfortunately, this will not remove the ads from Crave’s Prime Video channel.
