A new Router from Linksys will be able to prioritize gaming data traffic to provide a more consistent internet connection.
The router is able to detect gaming related traffic from specific PC hardware manufacturers that have ‘Killer Prioritization’ integration like Alienware, Razer, and MSI.
A new version of the router is now available that’s capable of detecting gaming traffic from Xbox One consoles as well.
The WRT32X also packs the best type of AC Wi-Fi that can deliver 3.2 Gbps if your network supports it.
The device also gives users access to its new Wi-Fi controlling app that monitors all the connected devices on the router’s network.
The Xbox version of this router also comes with a three-month trail for Xbox Game Pass.
So far, the new Xbox router isn’t available on the Canadian Linksys store, but MobileSyrup has reached out to the company for more information regarding a Canadian release date and pricing.
