TELUS has put the Samsung Galaxy S4 – a device that is now 6 months old – on their ‘Certified Pre-Owned’ list. These are devices that have been returned for various reasons and then refurbished, plus given an additional 12-month warranty. The price for a brand new GS4 is $700 outright, but TELUS will sell you a used one for $550 outright, or $99 on a 2-year contact.
