Up for grabs this time around in our Halloween contest is a new 32GB Nexus 7 (2013) and a box of 48 KitKat bars! Both are still sealed and waiting to be unboxed. We reviewed the Nexus 7 here and the KitKat bars are a respectable treat to anyone who comes to your door on Halloween.
