The seventh iOS 9.3 beta drops ahead of a probable final release next week

We’re currently a little under a week away from Apple’s next press event on March 21st.

For the last couple of months, the company has been releasing beta versions of iOS 9.3 every couple of weeks, and the final release of 9.3 is expected alongside a new 4-inch iPhone and 9.7-inch iPad Pro model, among other things.

This latest iOS 9.3 beta is the seventh release in this beta cycle, and the second one in two weeks where the developer and public beta versions have been released almost simultaneously. It’s likely that this version of iOS 9.3 is nearly identical to the release we can expect Apple to announce next Monday, as this is already the largest number of iOS betas in one release outside of full version bumps over the summer.

If you’re interested in participating in the public iOS beta program, you too can try out new features like the screen colour-altering Night Shift, a Touch ID lock on the Notes app, new 3D Touch actions for Apple’s apps on the homescreen, and much more. If you’re more prudent, you’ve only got about another week to wait before you’ll be able to download the final version of iOS 9.3 for yourself.
