In celebration of the Super Mario 40th anniversary, Nintendo announced The Super Mario Galaxy Movie and a new game starring the green dinosaur, Yoshi. This new game called Yoshi and the Mysterious Book launches on Nintendo Switch 2 next spring.

In the game, you play as Yoshi, who meets a Mysterious Book named Mister Encyclopedia (Mister E), who tasks the dinosaur with helping solve a mystery. In the title, it looks like you’ll be heading inside the book and making discoveries about the creatures inside the book, and those discoveries will be written in the book. Meeting these creatures and solving mysteries will result in new abilities for your journey.
Nintendo also revealed more about the upcoming Mario Tennis title. Mario Tennis Fever launches on February 12, 2025, and will feature a new adventure mode that will have the player transform into Baby Mario as he learns how to play tennis and defeats enemies with his blooming skills.
