What do you want to see in the Google Pixel 3/3 XL?

Google Pixel 2XL

We’re months away from Google releasing the Pixel 3 and the Pixel 3 XL.

Strangely, there hasn’t been very many rumours regarding the device either — at least not lately.

However, what we do know is that the Pixel 3/Pixel 3 XL is set to likely be manufactured by HTC given Google acquired a portion of HTC’s phone manufacturing business.

We also know that the device will run Android P, which means it’ll feature notch support, more informative notifications and that it will feature  indoor navigation functionality.

However, there’s a lot we don’t know about the upcoming devices.

  • Will the Pixel 3/3 XL feature a triple rear camera setup?
  • Will the Pixel 3/3 XL include an iPhone X-like notch?
  • Will the Pixel 3/3 XL have wireless charging?
  • Will the Pixel 3/3 XL have face recognition?
  • Will the Pixel 3/3 XL feature an in-display fingerprint sensor?
  • Will the Pixel 3/3 XL support iPhone X gestures?
  • Will the Pixel 3/3 XL use a pop-up camera?
  • Will the Pixel 3/3 XL be foldable?

These are all questions one can ask about the Pixel 3/3 XL. While we can definitely rule out some of these questions — no, the smartphone will not be foldable — there are others that are actually quite reasonable.

Personally, I’d like the phone to have a notch, face recognition and wireless charging,  and don’t really care if the device features iPhone X gestures.

Nevertheless, we want to hear from you. What do you hope the Google Pixel 3 or 3 XL features?
