BlackBerry announced this morning the launch of Sticker Club, a new subscription service available in the BBM Shop that grants consumers access to hundreds of sticker packs to use when sending messages with BBM. This whole time we thought SaaS stood for software as a service. Turns out we were wrong; it’s actually stickers as a service.
Sticker Club is available to BBM Users on Android, BB10 and iOS.
On a more serious note, BlackBerry also announced that the PayPal integration it was testing with BBM is now out of beta in Canada. Anyone can now use the excellent multi-platform messaging app to send money to a friend or family member.
