Rogers will begin offering the LTE version of the newly-released Sony Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact this month for $549.99 outright.
The carrier will carry the white 16GB version, and will be one of just three connected slates it offers at the moment — the others being the Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.4 and the Galaxy Note 8.0.
The Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact is a thin, light, waterproof slate with an 8-inch 1920×1200 pixel display, a 2.5Ghz Snapdragon 801 chip, 3GB of RAM, an 8MP rear camera, a 4,500mAh battery, with Android 4.4.4 KitKat and some PlayStation-specific upgrades, including Remote Play.
Sony began selling the 32GB WiFi model last month for $530. Rogers customers can add the Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact LTE to a Share Everything plan for $10/month.
