Relive the history of Android with this five minute video

Android first hit Canadian soil in June of 2009, with the dual release of the HTC Dream and its successor, the HTC Magic. Since then, the platform has grown in leaps and bounds, adding both advanced functionality and a sense of style.

The Verge has produced a nice video retrospective, taking viewers through each major platform update and its impact on Android. It’s a quick and fun video, and might inspire some fond memories of devices long gone.
