The smaller version of the Galaxy S4 has found another home over at Koodo Mobile. This scaled-down device is priced at $400 outright or as low as $0 on the “Tab Large.”
The GS4 mini has a 4.3-inch display (resolution of 960×540 pixels), a 1.7GHz dual-core processor, an 8MP camera with a 1.9MP front-facing camera, 16 GB internal memory, 1900 mAh battery, LTE connectivity and Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.
