Videotron recently launched their new 3G+ network and and has been raising havoc by forcing other carriers to create an Unlimited Quebec plan. Today they have released a slew of new devices: The LG Wink, LG, dLite and the Android powered Motorola Spice…. so 2 entry level devices and and Android 2.1. Decent additions.
As for specs of each, the Wink has a 2-inch touchscreen, 3.5 mm headphone jack, 1.3 megapixel camera, FM radio and holds up to 4GB with a microSD card. This is available for a “reduced price” of $9.95 or no-contract $159.95. The LG dLite can be yours for a “reduced price” of $14.95 or no-contract of $219.95. Specs of this bright blue beast have it coming with 2.8-inch display and a 2 megapixel camera. As for the Motorola Spice – their 3rd Android device comes with a 3-inch touchscreen with slide out QWERTY keyboard, WiFi, 3 megapixel camera and weighs in at 145 grams. Update: it seems that the devices have been taken down from their website. We managed to grab a couple screenshots of the dLite and Spice for additional proof.
