The Windows Phone 7 device that will be heading to Bell is the LG Optimus Quantum. This was announced on Monday and they have put a “coming soon” page live. However, since this is a joint launch with the United States it will be available on November 8th. We’re still waiting for the no-contract price but we’ve been informed that the 3-year price will be $99.95. As for specs, this will operate on the new WP7 OS, a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, has a full 4-row QWERTY keyboard, 3.5-inch touchscreen (480×800), 5 megapixel camera, LED and records 720p videos, 3.5 mm headset jack, holds up to 16GB and WiFi.
