This is a buyers market in Canada and ByTheOwner.com is taking full advantage of the opportunity. For those not familiar with “BTO”, it’s an online resource allows the owner to sell, buy or rent their property without the use of an real estate agent… saving you a whack load of money because there is no commision to hand out.
They’ve jumped on the mobile bandwagon and released a free iPhone app where you can view the listing on their site. Once you see a property you like you can view the listing with a description of the property, see exterior and interior photos, asking price, street directions and the contact info.
