The opening of day 4 (Round 9) had an increase just shy of $100 million and a fight between Quebecor and Globalive to be the next national Carrier as MTS stays a regional player in Manitoba. All the remaining bidders are still in action and Telus continues to lead the way with the number of high standing bids at 72.
