Starting on August 15, Canadian computer assembler Quoted Tech will offer $100 off each pre-built PC and a free SSD with purchase.
The SSD in question is a 1TB Kingston Portable SSD worth about $118. It’s available while supplies last.
This sale will run until August 31, and this deal should bring the entry-level cost of the Shield Competition PC down to $1200. We tested out an upgraded version of this PC a few weeks ago and walked away very impressed with what was on offer.
Personally, I think the Shield line is the best offer from the company since it offers a great bang for your buck. That being said, if you want something a little snazzier, the Frontier line has a water-cooled CPU, and the Quoted One line has a more minimal aesthetic if you don’t want your PC to look too ‘Gamer.’
