Motorola Razr and Razr Ultra coming to Canada, pre-orders May 7

Motorola is launching the Razr and the Razr Ultra in Canada. Both devices are available for pre-order on May 7, but the Ultra will launch on June 3, and the base model will be released on May 15. Motorola also announced the Razr+, but it’s not coming to Canada.

Canadian pricing isn’t available yet, but the Razr Ultra costs US$1,299 (C$1,804), and the Razr costs US$699 (C$971) in the U.S.

With the Motorola Razr family, you can expect many new Moto AI features, such as ‘Look and Talk,’ exclusively on the Ultra. This feature lets you look at the phone’s exterior display, immediately activate Moto AI, and talk to the voice assistant. Additionally, the Razr Ultra sports 16GB of RAM, the Snapdragon 8 Elite and a stronger hinge. You can learn about the handset in my hands-on.

Motorola has also announced the Moto Buds Loop and a partnership with Swarovski, which will beautify the strangely shaped earbuds. Additionally, the Lenovo-owned company has shown off the Moto Watch. Both devices will be available in the coming months, with pricing information coming closer to the launch date.
