Public Mobile unveils updated logo, says new products and services are coming

TELUS acquired Public Mobile’s spectrum and subscribers late 2013 and bolstered itself to become Canada’s second largest wireless carrier. The one-time brand targeted towards the “value conscious Canadian consumer” has shimmied into the background and removed its retail stores, but there seems to be something coming.

Public Mobile has posted a note on the company blog that “we’re going to introduce some new products and services, but to do so we need to undergo some much needed renovations to our website.” No indication of what will be happening, but to keep interest high, Public has also revealed its new logo (pictured above).
