Bell customers who sign up for their Mobile TV and Tablet TV feature are given 10 hours of viewing for $5/month. According to an internal doc we received it states that the overage rate will be increasing to $3/hour, up from $1/hour. This will go into place starting on August 21st and only impacts new customers, not existing.
No word on how many Bell Mobile TV / Tablet TV customers Bell has signed up, but they currently has 28 live channels, including the NFL, CTV, BNN, HBO and YTV.
